I understand that I am submitting information regarding my company and its employees to CyberLock Security Solutions, Inc. (“CSS”), in the United States, and I hereby agree, individually and on behalf of the below-named company, that CSS may store and use this information for the sole purpose of determining, at its sole discretion, whether to approve my company’s participation in the CyberLock OEM Program.
